Hello, darlings! Today I am sharing my all-time favorite muffin recipe! It’s my family’s chocolate chip pumpkin muffin recipe! This muffin screams fall because of the pumpkin and cinnamon spice! My mother made these since I was a kid and I am forever obsessed with them. I will eat this muffin for breakfast, as a snack, or for dessert.
*Make sure to get the pure pumpkin and not pie filling!
Mix all the ingredients together. I like to add in extra cinnamon because I love it so much. I probably put in around 3 tsp instead of 2 tsp. Scoop into a muffin pan (with or without muffin cups) and bake at 400° for 16-20 minutes (depending on your oven). Ingredients and measurements are below.
My favorite way to eat them is by keeping the muffins in the freezer in a freezer bag or container. Then, when I want one, I take one out and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds (+/- depending on your microwave). The chocolate chips melt so perfectly and the muffin gets warm and fluffy. Pure perfection!!
Hope you try out and enjoy my family’s delicious chocolate chip pumpkin muffin recipe! 🙂
