Hi friends! Today I am sharing 5 healthy banana-free smoothie recipes that I have been obsessed with lately! I probably have a smoothie 3-4 times a week and I absolutely love them. They are such an easy way to get in your fruits, veggies, and protein! Smoothies are also very refreshing during summertime.
My all-time favorite smoothie recipe is the mango smoothie… but unfortunately, I can no longer eat bananas. I was having one banana at least every day and then all of a sudden I started getting THE WORST stomach pains that would last 4-5 hours! It was not fun. So I have been experimenting with new smoothies and learned that I can replace bananas with mango or avocado so I can still get that creamy texture! If you like bananas in your smoothies, I put them in brackets where you can replace them with what I have!
I don’t really measure anything out for my smoothies. I just throw in whatever seems right to me and my smoothies turn out great every time! If you enjoy thicker smoothies, put more frozen fruits or ice in. If you like thin smoothies, simply add more liquid.

- A few chunks of frozen avocado (or banana)
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Flax Seeds
