Everyone needs a self-care Sunday… or a self-care day anytime during the week. Realistically, not everyone has a 9-5 job and many people work during the weekend. You need to set aside a day whenever you are feeling overwhelmed and give yourself a day of self-care. Life can be busy at times and we all need time to rejuvenate. What better way to replenish yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually than to have a whole self-care day.
what happened When I neglected self-care:
- stressed
- burnt out
- couldn’t concentration
- lost sense of self
I share some ideas below that will hopefully improve your overall well-being! Pick however many you want to do and enjoy your day! 🙂
Self-care ideas

As someone with depression and anxiety, I am the queen of self-care lol. When I give myself a day of doing whatever I want and need, I have more energy the next day. I can handle the next few days better and my mind is clearer. Self-care benefits your day-to-day life so much!
I hope you got some ideas for your next self-care Sunday!! Relax and enjoy it!
